Double tap a segment of a picture.

Tap this button on the menu bar that appears on the bottom.

Tap 「+」button.

Tap 「Custom Transition」button.

Two triangle shaped slider shows up.
Slide the yellow one to the left and the right one to the right.

This setting means the picture gradually moves from 0 sec. to 5 sec.

Configure the start point firstly.
Tap the triangle button on the left then slide the picture until the bottom of it appears.

Then configure the end point.
Tap the triangle button on the right then slide the picture until the top of it appears.
These settings move the picture from the top to the bottom gradually in 5 seconds.

You can see a preview by tapping the  play button on upper right.

Tap this button on bottom left to end settings.

Tap this button to finish.
