Making of the Okinawa soba

I made Okinawa soba for lunch.
It is one of the specialities of Okinawa prefecture in Japan.
It is different from buckwheat noodles(soba).
The thick wheat noodles resemble udon, and the soup is more similar to that of ramen.

I love Okinawa soba!
So when I go to Okinawa in vacation, I eat it everyday!!

It was very easy to make it.
Boil the noodles for some minutes.
Next take the noodles out of the hot water,and put it into the bowl with the soup.
