Mapo Dohu noodle at the Chinese restaurant Fukumanen in the food court of MARK IS MINATOMIRAI in Yokohama.
They have a restaurant in Yokohama China town,too.
This is their favorite dish.
Mapo Dohu is braised bean-curd with minced pork & hot chilli sauce (szechwan Style).
It wasn’t as hot as I thought.
