This is “Tokyo Big Sight“.
It is the popular nickname for the Tokyo International Exhibition Center.
Various events are held in this building.
You can go there from Kokusai tenjijou seimon statiron of Yurikamome or Kokusai tenjijou station of Rinkai line by walk.
I took this picture from the ferry terminal of Tokyo big sight.
You can go there in 2 – 3minutes by walk.
