Harumeki Zakura ( early flowering variety of cherry tree 🌸 ) in Hadano city near Tokyo.
Harumeki means “spring is just around the corner” in Japanese.
Hadano city is located in the foot of Tanzawa mountain.
Once it was prosperous as tobacco 🚬 producing center.
About 70 trees are planted along the road in the mountain by the local volunteer group.
It isn’t a popular tourist destination now and the main transportation is the car ( and what’s more, road was narrow ).
But the cherry blossom viewing in the quiet countryside was so nice!
