I went to the one of my favorite conveyor belt Sushi restaurant “Gurume-tei” in Chogo area in Japan.
They fillet fishes in front of us in this restaurant.
This day I could see the extremely rare fish “Yagara(Cornet fish)”
Cornet fish lives in a shallow and eat small fishes with its long mouth.
Chef let my daughter touch it!
This is Sushi of cornet fish.
Contrary to the looking, it was simple and light taste.
Shinjuku station in Tokyo → 50 minutes by Odakyu Line→ Chogo station → 15 minutes walk
