Osaka Castle is located in the center of Osaka city as a symbol and popular sightseeing spot.
It one of the most famous place for cherry blossoms in Osaka.
I went there at 2 April 2015.
Cherry trees were fully bloomed and it was best timing to see them.

At first I left my stuff in the coin-operated locker in Osaka station.
They have a lot of lockers in the building so it wasn’t hard to find them.
Then I got on the JR line and headed to Osakajo Koen station.

Aoya gate at the north east of Osaka castle tower.
10 minutes walk from Osakajo Koen station to here.

Main Tower and cherry blossoms.
It took about 20 minutes to here from station.
They have a museum and observation deck in this tower.
When I arrived there at 8:00 A.M. there were a few people.
But as time went on, more and more tourists came.

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.(Last admission is at 4:30 p.m.)
Closed on December 28th through January 1st.

【Admission Fee】
600 yen for 1 adult.

※Osaka castle park opens for 24 hour and admission fee is free.

【Access】
20 minutes walk from Osakajo Koen station.
