This park was opened in 1962 on a hilltop overlooking the Yokohama bay.
You can enjoy seeing a variety of seasonal flowers at here.
Roses are beautifully bloomed in mid of May every year.

Many people were taking picture of their pets with the roses in the background.
Among them these dogs were especially lovely and cute!
I asked the dog owner whether I can take picture and post it to Instagram, then she gladly agreed.
