I went to Houkokuji temple in Kamakura that was established in 1334.
Kamakura is a city in Kanagawa Prefecture,once it was a political capital along with Nara and Kyoto.
This temple is famous for the beautiful bamboo garden.
But autumn leaves are also very nice.
The best time to see it is from the end of Nov. to the beginning of Dec. every year.

As I entered into Somon(the main gate), I could see these beautiful scenery.

As I went out of the bamboo garden, I could see the Yagura and autumn leaves.
It is an artificial caves used during the Middle Ages in Kamakura as tombs and cenotaphs.

Bamboo garden is the toll zone.
200 yen(Green tea at tearoom in the garden : +500yen)

Kamakura station→ 10 minutes by bus(No.23,24,36) → Joumyouji bus stop → 3 minutes walk

There are some free parking lot.
